Delete your Juney account

1. Delete your account in the app

• Open the Juney app and sign in.
• Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out on every device.

Before you delete, switch off call forwarding with your mobile carrier so your calls ring your phone again. Juney walks you through this when you delete.

2. Request deletion without the app

Email support@juney.ai from the email address on your Juney account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, tell us which so we can find your account.

3. What we delete

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

• Your account and sign-in details, including your link to Sign in with Apple or Google
• Your business profile: business name, services, prices, hours, common questions and greeting
• Your Juney phone line and AI receptionist settings
• Your call history, including call recordings, transcripts and summaries
• Your connected calendar and the access Juney had to it
• Your blocked callers and push notification registrations

4. What we keep, and for how long

• Records of payments and subscriptions, for up to 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires them.
• Anything we must keep to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute or enforce our terms, only for as long as that requires.

5. Your subscription

Juney subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Juney account doesn't cancel the subscription: cancel it in the App Store (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) so you aren't charged again.
