Call someone from the keypad
Use the Keypad tab to call a customer.
- Open the Keypad tab.
- Enter the number.
- Tap the green call button.
Juney hands the call to your iPhone's Phone app — she doesn't place it herself, so the call goes out from your own number, and the person you're calling sees your own number, not your business number.
Error messages
- "Type a number first." — you tapped call with nothing entered.
- "Couldn't open the phone app." — your iPhone couldn't open the Phone app.
